Deposits
We do not charge any transfer fees for our deposit and withdrawal methods, but intermediary banks or eWallet providers may do so, which is beyond our control.
You can deposit through your Client Area by choosing the funding method that suits you best under the Wallets section. There are no fees on deposits.
To deposit funds:
Select Deposit from the right-side panel of your chosen wallet, or alternatively select Deposit from the navigation tab.
Choose your wallet. If you clicked Deposit from the Wallets screen, it will be selected by default. Otherwise, choose the desired wallet from the dropdown menu.
Select your payment method.
Enter the Amount you would like to deposit and click Confirm. Follow the on-screen instructions based on your selected payment method to complete the transaction.
Once your deposit is received, the amount will appear in your wallet balance. You can view the full details under the Transaction History tab.
The starting deposit for all account types is $100. This amount may vary depending on the base currency.
